quick tutorial on how to factory reset your samsung galaxy prevail from boost mobile. 1. press volume up. without releasing the volume press . power… once u see the samsung logo release the power.. and keep holding the volume. go to factory reset and press the camara as a accept command.

SEE MY BOOST PROBLEM ON MY CHANNEL SAYS BATTERY IS CHARGING WHEN IT IS DISCONNECTED FROM THE CHARGER BUT IT INTERMITTENTLY SAYS IT IS STILL CHARGING. CALLED BOOST AND WAS TOLD TO SEND BACK TO SAMSUNG.

I had the same problem. Did you get any amount of water in your phone no matter how small? If so all I did was take the battery out and let it sit over night and the next morning it was fine.
